KR Bluegrass
has been performing at festivals, churches and local venues since 2008. The band’s bluegrass sound comes from the close harmonies of guitarist, Kathy Dahl, and fiddler, Rose Seeger, along with the classic Earl Scrugg’s style banjo picking of Mike Greylak and bass player, Marlis Petrovic. Much of their music has been influenced by the sweet harmonies of the Stanley Brothers, Osborne Brothers, the Carter and Cox families and Ricky Skaggs.
